IB Roof Systems Welcomes Kelly Brown as Director of Vertical Markets for Building Enclosure Consultants
IB Roof Systems is pleased to announce that Kelly Brown has moved positions and is now the Director of Vertical Markets for Building Enclosure Consultants. Kelly has been part of Team IB for 6 years.
Kelly brings more than 35 years of experience in the roofing industry, offering a rare combination of field expertise, project leadership, and technical knowledge. Over the course of his career, he has held diverse roles across the industry, including:
• Installer / Contractor
• Superintendent
• Estimator / Project Manager
• Project Director / Construction Manager
• Contracts and Specifications
• Technical Services Manager / Customer Service
Kelly is also an active member of International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants and holds the Registered Roof Observer (RRO) credential, reflecting deep expertise in building enclosure performance and quality assurance.
A native Texan, Kelly earned his B.B.A. from Baylor University and has spent decades building strong relationships throughout the roofing and building enclosure consulting community.
In his new role, Kelly will focus on strengthening partnerships within the building enclosure market, helping deliver technically sound roofing solutions while supporting IB Roof Systems’ commitment to performance, durability, and proactive involvement in roofing projects.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys golf, tennis, boating, fishing, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family.
