Flashings

Designed for easy installation to reduce rooftop labor and errors. Flashing components come in a variety of colors to ensure a cohesive look on the roof.

IB PVC Non-Reinforced Detail Flashing Roll - Fabricated from a non-reinforced IB PVC membrane. Utilized for tail work requiring flexible, easy to install membrane.

IB PVC Cover Strip - Comprised of a polyester scrim reinforced, compounded resin based sheet. Meets ASTM D4434, Type III. 

IB PVC Non-Reinforced Metal Joint Patch - Pre-cut, non-reinforced membrane patches designed for use with bond breaker foil tape at butt joints of IB PVC Clad Metal Drip edge and Gravel stop.

IB PVC Pipe Flashing - Factory fabricated, dielectrically welded, reinforced IB PVC single ply base and a non-reinforced upper. Variety of sizes available. Pipe Flashing Clamps available.

IB Warning Strip - 6" wide bright yellow PVC membrane rolls.

Foil Tape - High tensile strength aluminum foil coated in epoxy resin with strong, cold weather solvent acrylic adhesive. Silicone paper liner preserves the adhesive for easy use.

IB PVC Round T-Joint Patch - Mandatory for use on 80mil projects

IB PVC Pitch Pan - fabricated from PVC Clad Metal constructed with 45mil non-reinforced PVC film laminated to 24 gauge, G90 coated galvanized sheet metal.

Crossgrip walk Pad - slip resistant walkway system.

 

 

Drains

Designed as an option for installation into various sized existing leader pipes. Constructed from a heavy-duty one-piece spun aluminum body with cast aluminum clamping rings. Factory applied IB retrofit drain target sheet for easy weldable application.

IB PVC Retrofit Drain - Aluminum body with cast aluminum clamping rings. Factory applied retrofit drain target sheet for easy weldable application.

IB Wood Deck Drain - Galvanized steel flange fastens to deck.

Scuppers

Fabricated from metal and a reinforced IB PVC single-ply target flashing that allows for quick application.

IB PVC Through wall & Through wall with drop scuppers - 60mil IB PVC target flashing attached to 24-gauge coated metal.

IB PVC Drain Liner - fabricated with round, straight tube leaders and reinforced IB PVC target flashings.

 

Corners

Fabricated from non-reinforced IB PVC single-ply for quick and easy welding finishes.

IB PVC Inside and outside corners - designed for non-canted 90° corners.

IB PVC Universal outside corners - designed for use on canted or irregular outside corner details.

Vents

Made of heavy-duty UV-stabilized PVC and the cap is permanently attached to resist damage.

An IB PVC membrane target patch is dielectrically welded to the flange.

IB PVC 10" Roof Vent - Heavy Duty UV Stabilized PVC with integral insect resistant screen. Comes with an IB membrane target patch dielectrically welded to the the flange.

IB PVC Recover Membrane Vent - only available in two-way style. 

IB PVC Dryer Vent/Exhaust Vent - two-piece general purpose roof exhaust vent. Comes with integral clamping band for easy installation.
