Manufacturing Sales Representative - Georgia

Position Summary:

IB Roof Systems, has an opening for a Manufacturing Sales Representative for the state Georgia.  The position aims to have a highly motivated individual to specify and sell IB Roof System products and service the territory.  This position reports to Regional Manager, Southeast. 

 What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Actively engage with Building Owners, Architects, Roofing Consultants that are in the assigned territory with the goal of having IB Roof Systems specified. 
  • Develop and support roofing contractors to increase sales of IB Roof Systems in the assigned territory.  
  • Provide and facilitate training for roofing contractors, estimators, crews to increase and maintain installation and specification proficiency. 
  • Develop a business plan for the assigned territory for revenue and share growth. 
Essential Skills and Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales related experience, preferably to Roofing Contractors, Building Owners, Architects, and Roof Consultants.  
  • 5+ years of B2B / Building Products, Manufacturing industry experience preferred. 
  • Commercial Roofing knowledge must be able to walk roofs as needed to assist contractors with roof layout. 
  • Strategic thinker with ability to adapt to fast paced and changing environment and work effectively across customer segments. 
  • Experience with CRM system (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite). 
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to travel frequently in assigned territory.
