IB U-Anchor® Series

IB® U-ANCHOR® 2200 PLATE - The U2200-PLATE is the base of the 2000 Series: a 5.5" round G90 galvanized steel plate with rolled edges that protect the membrane and a factory-welded 3/8"-16 stud. It's one of three parts. 

IB® U-ANCHOR® 2000 - The IB U-Anchor 2000 is a lightweight, high-strength, patented rooftop attachment system consisting of a thermoplastic target membrane and a U-Anchor 2000 series plate.

IB® U-ANCHOR® 2400 - The IB U-Anchor 2400 is a lightweight, high-strength, patented rooftop attachment system consisting of a thermoplastic target membrane and a U-Anchor 2400 series plate.

IB® U-ANCHOR® 3400 - The IB U-Anchor 3400 is a lightweight, high-strength, patented rooftop attachment system consisting of a thermoplastic target membrane and a U-Anchor 3400 series plate with two 3/8” threaded 304 stainless steel bolts

Attached Pipe Frame Stand - Provides a durable, adaptable system engineered to support rooftop piping, conduit, and attached mechanical equipment while preserving long-term roof performance. 

Disconnect Box Securement - Provides a durable, adaptable system engineered to stabilize and secure existing rooftop frames supporting piping, conduit, and mechanical equipment.

Guy Wire Tie Down Assembly - Is designed to prevent rooftop equipment from shifting, lifting, or causing damage during high winds or seismic events. 

Elevated Stack Securement - Including exhaust, ventilation, weather stations, ducts, and antennas—deliver reliable, code-compliant securement designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions. 

IB U-Anchor® Electrical Attachment Devices

 

Electrical Box - Roof Mount Attachment - Provides secure, watertight mounting for rooftop electrical boxes and disconnects, protecting roofs from leaks, damage, and unnecessary maintenance during wind or seismic events. 

Electrical Box - Wall Mount Attachment - Engineered with versatility in mind, this box mounts directly to building walls or vertical surfaces, keeping equipment off the roof deck while maintaining accessibility for maintenance and inspections.  

 Duct Frame Securement - A U-Anchor 2400 series plate is utilized for this solution. The plate is factory welded to the target membrane and a matching thermoplastic cover membrane is applied over the plate and onto the target membrane, encapsulating the plate. 

Existing Frame Securement - Provides reliable rooftop unit securement to protect against wind, seismic events, and extreme weather. 

Roof Pipe Securement - Provides a reliable way to mount pipes vertically or horizontally on roofs or walls without damaging the roofing system.  

Safety & Accessibility

Fixed Roof Ladder Securement - Provides a safe, code-compliant solution for rooftop access. In line with OSHA 1910 and ASCE 7-16 requirements, it uses U-Anchor™ attachments for securement without ballasting or roof penetration, ensuring both safety and roof warranty protection. 

Guard Rail Securement - A passive fall protection system designed for low-slope commercial rooftops; providing a watertight, permanent solution that eliminates the risks and costs associated with counterweight systems.
