Justin Cooper brings more than 20 years of experience in the commercial roofing and construction industry to IB Roof Systems. With a career built on technical expertise, strategic sales leadership, and trusted partnerships, he has worked alongside contractors, architects, consultants, distributors, and building owners to deliver practical, high-performance solutions that create long-term value.
A proud Texan, Justin was raised in Stephenville, Texas, where he learned the value of hard work, accountability, and integrity as the son of a dairy farmer. Those early lessons have remained the foundation of his professional approach, shaping a career centered on honesty, relationships, and doing what is right for the customer.
Justin earned his degree from Arizona State University, combining a strong educational background with decades of real-world industry experience. He is known for helping clients navigate complex projects with practical guidance and a solutions-focused mindset while building lasting relationships across the construction community.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, cooking, and perfecting barbecue -interests that reflect his appreciation for bringing people together and creating meaningful connections both personally and professionally.
