As Director of Operations Joey will be responsible for scaling IB Roof Systems' manufacturing process to meet the demand of our customers and the market. He brings extensive experience to IB, with over thirty years of experience in manufacturing environments. He will focus on commissioning new manufacturing equipment and implementing proven processes throughout all IB’s manufacturing locations.
Prior to his new role at IB, Joey held similar roles at F-Wave, International Steel Framing, US Ply Inc, Johns Manville, GAF, and US Intec. Most recently Joey served as the Multi-Function Manufacturing Manager at Lockheed Martin building the F-35 aircraft. Joey has completed the ISO 900 Executive overview, is a Black Belt with Six Sigma Green Belt, and has implemented lean manufacturing practices.
