IB Roof Systems has made some organizational changes to the IB Technical Department in an effort to better serve our valued customers.
Joel King has been promoted to Director of Technical Services after joining IB in 2017 with over 36 years of experience in the roofing industry. He has an extensive low-slope roofing background and has great knowledge in installation, estimating, inspection service, roof diagnostics and manufacturing. Joel will manage the day-to-day technical field and warranty operations of IB Technical Services to strengthen our commitment to be a contractor focused manufacturer.
Phillip David will continue to serve as Director of Technical and will focus on product and system development, codes and approvals, testing, specifications and industry relations.
As previously announced, Brian Martineau was promoted to Senior Manager of Production and Quality Control in an operational capacity outside of the technical department, but will continue to support IB’s codes and approval test programs.
Joel and Phillip will continue to work closely on all facets of IB’s technical operations and support, and are available for assistance as needed. For specific inquiries, the following table may be of help in directing future requests.
