General Trip Details
Rates for the trip are based on room type. Airfare is the attendee's responsibility and qualifies for reimbursement through available IB Reward Dollars. An IB Reward Dollar Redemption order form must be submitted to IB Roof Systems Redemption Form Here or contact your local sales rep for approval and processing.
To check the balance of your IB Reward Dollars please check your monthly statement or contact an IB sales and marketing administrator at marketing@IBroof.com IB Reward Dollars are earned at the rate of $1 dollar for every square of IB PVC membrane purchased.The RSVP process: Please use the RSVP link HERE or visit IBretreat.com to provide us the general information and a room type reservation, so we may begin the travel profile for you and your guests. A nonrefundable travel insurance fee of $299.00 is required at the time of your reservation, which will cover cancellation if you should need to cancel for any reason. Additionally, this fee will reserve your room selection until full payment is made.
IB will send out final reward point statements at the end of the 2022 year. Final room invoices will be sent to your email for payment before February 2023. You may use your IB Reward Dollars and/or pay by credit card to pay the balance of your room reservation.
To Qualify Please Note: You must be an active customer with IB and your account in good standing at the time of reservation and the retreat. Attendees must be approved by the local sales representative. This retreat has no cash value and is nontransferable. Because attendees are redeeming points (IB Reward Dollars), there is no requirement for a 1099.
