We are excited to welcome Melvin Almanzar to the IB Roof Systems family. “Melvi” joins Team IB as our Technical Field Representative based in North Carolina and will provide technical field services for Delaware, DC, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
Melvi’s knowledge of IB products and installation methods are consistent with Team IB’s commitment to providing the highest level of customer service and technical expertise our contractors expect and deserve.
Melvi is a native of the Dominican Republic and has degree in Publicity and Marketing from Catholic University of Santo Domingo. Melvi came to the U.S. in 2010 and soon entered the roofing industry in Florida. Melvi has most recently specialized in leak detection and repairs as a repair crew foreman. After 9 years of roofing industry experience as an installer and a single ply crew foreman, installing all types of roofing, he is ready to transition from the contractor side to the manufacturer side of our industry.
As our Technical Field Representative servicing Tech Territory 7, Melvi will focus in the field on showing our customers IB quality products, customer service, and technical expertise. Melvi recently acquired his US citizenship. He enjoys baseball, target shooting, and spending time with his wife and 2-year-old daughter.
