ONLINE SAMPLE AND LITERATURE ORDERS
We have made some significant adjustments to the sample and literature order process to help simplify and organize incoming orders. We have added:
• Image Thumbnails - better visibility • Name of person ordering • Name of recipient • Authorized Installer designation • IB Rep designation • My IB Rep designation With these changes, any order coming in from contractors can be routed to the right IB rep as well as better defined shipping details. It will also provide us details sooner of those who are ordering that are not IB clients yet and can route them to the appropriate sales rep as needed.
