IB has made a real commitment to growing and developing our team to provide the industry’s best experience.
It is with great pleasure that I announce the promotion of Chad Paris to Director of Sales. Chad will continue to oversee the redesigned Inside Sales Team as well as take on the External Sales team which will align our entire sales force. As my direct report, Chad is fulfilling my vision for IB. Over the past year Chad has grown in to this role by working on the directives I set out for him. Those directives included completely restructuring the ISR team to become forward facing farm team members and correcting the Salesforce platform. These tasks will continue as he takes on even more responsibilities with the full sales team. While nothing is ever perfect, I am proud of the way Chad and his team have persevered through the greatest supply chain crisis I have seen in our industry. None of us will ever be perfect, but we can strive for being better each day then the day prior. I believe Chad shares that philosophy.
On a personal note I want to thank Chad for taking the chance on me and IB, uprooting his family, and moving across the country to help these initiatives. I am grateful and excited about what will happen next for all of IB.
